La dimensión de las habitaciones y el aire acondicionado en toda la casa. La ubicación.

El salón es extremadamente pequeño, con un sofá para 2, la televisión demasiado alta. 14 escaleras con bastante inclinación para llegar a la primera habitación y 13 escaleras para llegar a la siguiente habitación. El precio es demasiado elevado para una vivienda así, no se puede cobrar 108 euros. Aún así la vivienda para pasar una corta estancia está bien pero la relación calidad precio es desproporcionada.

La limpieza, el mobiliario nuevo y cuidado. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. La ubicación y haber aparcado cerca de la casa para llevar el equipaje. Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas y cada una con su baño

Sala de estar pequeña pero se sustituye por la amplitud de las habitaciones con sus TV cada una

La amabilidad de la anfitriona, la comodidad y limpieza de las estancias, los pequeños detalles de aseo y desayuno. Todo está perfectamente colocado, necesitas una mesita, un enchufe, el secador… todo lo tienen.
