es war nicht sehr sauber überall waren Haare. Manche ecken musste ich erst mal wischen. Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem

Nothing

The fact that after booking I was told that I had to provide details which I was unable to provide. I had not been told that it was self check in. Worried about not getting a place to stay, I immediately cancelled (?) and booked elsewhere. I was then informed I could not get a refund if I cancelled so I refused to cancel. It seems silly to be booked into two places on the one night but I refused to let them hire my room out again if they would not give me a refund.
