Heritage Caeli

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well presented. Danuta had thought of everything and anything you could ever need. There was even onsite parking too which we used as we had booked a hire car. We were offered the option of having the room serviced during our stay, but we declined, but found the vacuum cleaner which helped to keep sandy toes from messing up the place. The views from the balcony across Praia da Rocha, harbour and sea was a delight and especially for evening drinks before going out for your evening meal. The golden beach and clear blue sea was a matter of minutes away with the choice of either booking a lounger and parasol or use the provided beach towels and laying on the sands. A visit to Portimão Old Town is nice with plenty of charm, beautiful tiled buildings and cafes to while away an hour or two, then off to the harbour and surprisingly a 'double decker' carousel on the harbours edge. Heritage Caeli is situated at the quieter end of the strip, the apartment provided easy access to nearby bars and restaurants, too many to recommend, but we tried a different one every day, with livelier options a short walk away. We hope to make it back in the near future.

This property is lovely. The owners have thought of everything. The views are exactly like the pictures. There is a proper living area and kitchen (with washing machine). The bathroom has a powerful shower & a hairdryer (that can be moved to a different room). Plenty of towels for your stay. There is loads of storage space. Bed was comfy.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property. I might suggest a black out curtain in the bedroom though as even with the blind down, it’s still a bit bright in there first thing in the morning.

Location, location, location with a beautiful view

Location is amazing, very clean, had everything you could possibly need (and more)! Owners were so accommodating and a pressure to deal with. A lot quieter than expected due to previous reviews.

The building is quite old and the elevator doesn’t feel the safest. The decor in the bedroom was a little strange.
