Check in was not good Instructions say call when you are 20 minutes out and someone will meet you. We called and were told they would send us a form we must fill out before they would send check in information. We had to pull over in a rest area to complete the forms. This should have been done the day before. The rooms have NO soundproofing, so you will hear everything around and above you. It is a party area and parties were going on around us. Just be aware.

The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was also very clean. Great location.

There was construction work being carried out on 2 apartments above us. The work started at 8am until 7pm Monday to Friday. At times we had to leave the apartment as the noise was unbearable. In the booking information these works were ment to be finished by 28/02/25. We should have been informed about this construction because we would have made alternative arrangements for accommodation. There was information about this work posted in all 5 elevator’s in the building, yet we were not informed by the letting agent. The only 2 days we had without very loud construction noise during our 11 day stay was Saturday & Sunday. Totally unacceptable & had a huge impact on our holiday, very disappointing.

The location and the views were impressive. The internet wifi service was good. They provide underground parking spot that we really appreciate it. It was close to playa "Do Amado", just 150m from the apartment. The apartment was pretty clean too. The kitchen It's fully equip except the oven. It has hairdryer hanging on the wall in the bathroom. They provide soap and towels and blankets. The bed was made and clean. There are restaurants and a good pizzeria called "Gioconda" that is really nice close.

The apartment It has been used a lot. You can appreciate that It's not new. The bathroom and the shower (hidromassage) were not really good. You can not even hang properly the shower hose. Regarding ilumination, the lights are very poor. They're using old low comsumption bulbs that takes time to light up properly. There are no power plugs in the bathroom. The freezer does not have door handle that It's difficult to open it. There was no cutting board for cooking. The quality of the matress was bad, you can feel the bed springs in your back while you are sleeping. The lights of the living room are constantly on, that is not nice while you go to the bedroom to sleep because It's bright.

The view from balcony and the location are very nice. You can easily walk to the beach from the apartment. Although it is a bit far away from Portimão city center, you can easily book an Uber just for 3-5eu to reach anywhere.

The beds were a bit hard but still okay!

Ideally situated. Easy to get hold of agent of apartment with good communication.

Location was excellent and the view from the balcony is stunning. Having the gymnasium right in the building was a huge bonus for us as we loved it so much.

The beds are rock hard and the shower has leaks, the bathroom door needs repairing at the bottom and the furniture is dated however we still loved the place and will come back for sure as it's great value for being so close to the beach and main facilities.
