O apartamento era excelente, recomendo vivamente.

The ocean view is great and the apartment itself is pretty spacious.

We didn’t have any towels or bed sheets in the first might and because we arrived after 6 PM, no one was answering our phone calls. Besides very careful if you want to book this place; it is run by a private company and no one will answer you on Sundays or after 6 PM, no matter how big of a problem you have. Besides that, the parking space described in the check-in procedure doesn’t exist; I had to talk to the guard from the entrance and get his confirmation to park in another spot. Also, the water pressure for the shower is not enough and the building could use a renovation.

Fantastic Apartment. Location was superb just over the road from the fabulous beaches. Great sea view and lovely sunsets. 10 minute walk to Praia de Rocha bars and restaurants. The Apartment was very comfortable and had all facilities to cook if you don’t want to eat out. Big Supermarket, Lidl and Aldi about 20 minute walk away. Netflix on TV with lots of other channels too. Floor to ceiling patio doors to admire the amazing views. If I visit the area again I will definitely stay at this apartment. Car Parking space in secure underground car park.

It would have been nice to have a bedside lamp in the bedroom as the light switch was outside the door. But apart from that everything was excellent.

All the information how to get in to the property was exactly how was described in the email. Location was very good - it was easy to reach 4 beaches on feet. Air Condition worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Fridge - freezer worked perfectly good. Large wardrobe. Both balconies was specious. The Hosts was very helpful.

Maybe a few things could be added to a kitchens equipment - like food chopping board or a wine-beer glasses. Little rubbish bin would be helpful too.
