The location and the size of the apartment

The beds were really uncomfortable and none of us could sleep through the night, especially on the first night. The floor was quite dusty when we got there but we had to leave it clean. The bathroom was quite dark and stayed damp after use. We didn't have enough toilet paper for our stay as listed. We could not use most of the drawers and closets in the bedrooms since they were broken or hard to open
