It’s great, except the stairs to the apartment. For my parents it was hard to walk up and down. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Very nice concierge service.

Portofino is so incredible beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s real. There wasn’t a heap of accomodation options within our budget, but we knew we wanted to stay in town so we were rapt to find this apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and felt safe and just a 2 min stroll into the heart of Portofino.

The stairs are no joke, but well worth it in my opinion.

"Charming apartment in a charming town."

Clean, beautiful view, excellent location. Video on how to get to the apartment was very clear. Gabriele was very responsive. The garbage video was cut off, but clear enough.

A stovetop expresso maker. Knowing where everything was. Suggestions about what to do and favorite restaurants. Our favorite was Taverna di Marinaio.
