Great location. Excellent facilities. Very well equipped kitchen. Attention to details in the decor - specially loved the sofa throw. Perfect for curling up.to watch TV. Also appreciate the herb garden in the backyard overlooking the marina. Small touches for a fantastic time

No laundry machine in the villa but coin laundry outside the marina within 1km

Great location, close to the center, but very silent. The communication was smooth and fast. The apartment is well-equipped. The parking place in the garage is wide and easy to use. The whole apartment area is secured and well-maintained.

The bed was a bit unconfortable, and the pillow was too soft (for me - I know, it is subjective) The couch was worn out - however the rest of the furnitures were in a great shape. The living room was a bit dusty when we arrived - however the rest areas were perfectly clean.

Pool not provided although described initially. It was the only reason I brought my family of 5 to that boring place. Found out pool belongs to other business and was closed for private event. Booking description said it offered many other amenities that implied like it belongs to them. Be advised, it does not, it belongs to other unrelated businesses in the area. He kept reminding me that it was an extra cost… which I clarified to him that I was aware and didn’t care. I’m more upset as to why I filter stays with pools and his location appears and why he had so many amenities included to his apartment if they didn’t belong to his business!? Using his logic he has the right advertise in his booking that he also offers a water park.. in Croatia for an extra charge! By the way it is where I went because there is literally nothing to do in the area. The sky is the limit they can literally offer all the amenities if they want no on is stopping them! Don’t be fooled It’s literally only an apartment everything else in his description belongs to other entities. The place had mold and roaches coming from drains at night. See photos. This apartment owner could care less about the situation of customers. They all felt very money hungry on their end. Except parking.. which surprisingly was free! TIP for U.S. tourists: If you are from the U.S. pay with a credit card ALWAYS! And have proof that you checked-out ASAP!! Show proof that you tried to get a refund and leave! That way you can get your money back from misrepresented bookings. If you want your money back don’t waste your time arguing with Booking or the owners who are ok with these practices. Booking will do you the “great big favor” of asking the owners of the property to kindly refund, if the owner refuses (why would they?), then Booking tried their very very best. The end. Booking will remind you that they are mediators only. All parties were aware of misrepresentation but did nothing about my frustrations.

The apartment was perfect for my family (2 kids, 2 adults). We loved the pool. Parking was free and easy. Close to Portoroz centre.
