Beach retreat

mini home from home. very comfortable surroundings. clean and tidy. drive to park on was great added benefit

the only fault I can give is no door on the bathroom. I know that the picture property is tailored to couples but still need a bit of privacy

Clean and tidy.

Still no bathroom door despite previous poor reviews since April and the owner stating in August they were looking at sorting this. You can sit on the loo and look straight through the patio doors into the garden. Two radiators, neither working and no way to switch them on in the property. One oil radiator (hidden behind sofa) provided to cover the whole property - not really adequate at the end of November. It was cold. No proactive communication about how to get keys or where to leave keys at end of stay - was guesswork that they were left in a keysafe and that it was unlocked. No information - e.g. useful telephone numbers or locations such as A&E, nearest shop, any recommendations for takeaway or restaurants as the cooking facilities in the property are minimal. No information on items in the property such as lamps work on touch (though one not plugged in). Plug in bath only seals by turning knob until taps ( husband worked that out). No towels in kitchen to dry pots or hands. No sharp knife. Quite noisy (thin walls both sides) - can hear conversations, whining dog and washing machine trying to take off early morning!

Small but perfectly formed, that is the best way to describe this delightful annex. Very clean and a bonus having a bath. Within walking distance to amenities and the beach. Great for a couple.

Yes we went as a couple but it wasn't nice when you had to go to the toilet there was no door,would be better with a sliding door,would of been nice to see someone at some point to see who owned it
