My family stay in this property for a week. 1.We witnessed Health Authorities(KKM) having dengue fogging in the area. 2. The house itself have a lot of cockroaches & mosquitoes. We have to buy insecticides. 3. The kitchen towels are dirty. Should have change this. Luckily we brought our own kitchen towels. 4. Air conditioners are not installed in second and third bedroom. 5. Poor Value for Money: Considering the various issues we encountered during our stay, it is evident that the homestay is not worth the money paid. While the owner may try to accommodate guests' needs, the overall experience was marred by unnecessary inconveniences and a lack of attention to detail. The hassle involved in returning and using this homestay again is simply not worth it. 6. Unfriendly Guard and Lack of Accommodation: The guard at the homestay proved to be extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. When my brother attempted to drop off my wheelchair-bound father, he was denied access to the visitor parking area, even though other residents were allowed to use it. Initially, the owner assured us that we could use the visitor parking for 1-2 hours, but this turned out to be a false promise. This lack of accommodation was highly disappointing and inconvenient for us. 7. Complicated Check-in Process: Despite the early check-in option, I found the instructions on how to check-in to be excessively complicated and far from user-friendly. It was an unnecessary hassle that could have been easily avoided.

BDExcellent location, food places and groceries nearby, prayer hall right at the building downstairs, swimming pool - clean water and nice ambience, kids friendly , good view from room which was in block B, nice track for jogging or cycling 🚲, basic cooking stuffs and dining materials were provided, Air-conditioning was good. Water purifier was the best with cold and hot water option. The owner was responsive and available in whatsapp for quick advices.
Booked at booking.com that allowed to pay onsite. Planned to pay MYR cash onsite to the owner. But received call from owner to ensure payments thru cash deposit machine at KLIA which was little troublesome at airport carrying baggage and family. Doesn't have WiFi in the room, no quick option to avail that too from any service provider.
