Localização, simpatia e disponibilidade do staff (não pude deslocar-me para levantar a chave no lugar indicado e um elemento disponibilizou-se para a entregar junto ao apartamento. Também devido a um problema com o cartão houve flexibilidade relativamente à caução).

Check-in tardio e check-out cedo; necessidade de caução.

The location, connection to staff, who where always on hand to help.

Electrical appliances, can’t use all at once, electric trips out. We learnt to cook in stages and then microwave 😂😂
