Easy check in, bathroom modern and clean, view was as described

That it was on the 9th floor . The lift very slow and dated, we didn't feel safe in it. The electric multi plugs in kitchen area were sparking and we felt were unsafe.. the Aircon was inadequate, you had to stand in front of it to feel cool, it didn't face the bed area. No shade on balcony so unable to sit out past 9am . Over blanket on been was stained which made us feel uncomfortable. We left and 2 nights

Poor two star at best facilities disappointing your pictures are not what you find shower leaks water onto floor/ cannot use electric hob as it melts plastic tiles on the wall / balcony has table and chairs but no parasol do you cannot sit out in the heat/Bedding especially pillows are not fit for purpose/ why supply an iron but no ironing board????/ no cleaning products in the apartment I want 50% of my money back and will pursue this

Great view from the balcony. We were here in wintertime and sitting outside, unless (really) windy, was quite comfortable. Location is also good. Close to the beach, easy to get away (taxi rides). Supermarked next door. Restaurants near by.

Coffeemachine worked but was not great. Easiest coffee making, you would think, but was frustating to use. Also requires you to buy expensive cups, not resulting in great coffee.

The view over the town, location to the beach <5min, next to a supermarket, easy check-in and -out.

Only the door of the bathroom did not close firmly.

The view from the terrace is amazing! The location is great. You have everything you need.

On arrival, when checking in, we were told the lock on the main door to the block wasn't working properly, but it is always left open and not closed over. On 3 occasions at night, when returning to the apartment, the main door was locked and was left standing for around 15 minutes trying to unlock it. One of the nights we phoned the number provided as we couldn't get in and were told that we would have to pay £35 for someone to come out to let us in. I dont think this is acceptable as the lock is clearly not working properly and needs fixing, and as a paying customer it is not our place to pay for something to be fixed which shouldn't be an issue in the beginning. It's our second time staying here and love it. However, the situation with being locked out at times has made me reconsider about re-booking.

Amazing location, close to the beach with a brilliant balcony view of the sea. Great for a sunset chill out and drink at the end of a tough day sunbathing on the beach.

Very early checkout (10am) with no facility to store bags on checkout day. Front door access was difficult due to worn lock

Perfect for a couple, great views and practically beachfront location with all amenities needed within 100 meters.

Lift only goes to 9th floor and apartment is on 10th floor.
