LOCATION IS good. Cleanliness and comfort very good

View has changed from last year though as the there is a lot of groundworks going on. Also it only has morning sun. I really did not like the fact that the neighbour smoked weed every day and sometimes the fumes filtered into the apartment and we had to move inside when they did.
