Everything was ok!

There was honestly not much we liked about this location. The pool was pretty and the view of the countryside out back was nice, that's about where it ends.

The accommodation we were provided did not match what was advertised. There are multiple units on this property and we must have been put in one that they don't advertise. The furniture was old and not comfortable. The unit was overdue for a deep cleaning. The TV did not work and the beds were hard as rocks (my husband even went and slept in the car for a bit). The listing says "private pool" but it is shared with other guests and other guests' balconies look directly at the pool so do not expect privacy. There are caged dogs on the property behind the place and they barked all night long. The washing machine is shared and is in a basement utility space. We ended up leaving after the first night of the stay (we were booked for 4) and even though the unit was not at all as advertised, they only provided us with a refund for half off the base price of the stay (but none of the fees). There is nothing in this little village (grocery, cafe, etc.) that you can walk to. I suggest looking for alternate options in nearby Salema for an overall better beach stay. We travel A LOT and this is probably one of the worst experiences we have had. We rarely if ever leave negative reviews but we want to make sure fellow travelers are warned!

Big and confortable apartments, the pool is very nice and the location is great. Close to several beaches, and a short car ride away from sagres and Lagos. The hostess was very friendly and ready to help with siteseeing

There was some miscommunication about the dog staying in the house but it was resolved.. We didn't have enough towels, for a group of 7, with 4 baths we had 2 hand towels and only one bath mat. We requested additional towels and they were delivered next day in the morning, so, no big issue There is no microwave, not a huge deal, but would be nice to have

The pool and garden are very nice and private as well as safe. The apartment is comfortable, bright, and airy with a delightful balcony. Horses next door greet you in the morning.

Beautiful apartment and pool, with everything we needed. We really enjoyed everything and had a great stay.

All was great. The only improvement could be having a microwave, but it was not a big issue at all

The apartment was comfortable, with lots of light and very spacious. The garden and pool are amazing. The host was great. Would come again :)

The cuckoo in the morning, but that isnt such a big deal really.

Hilde the lady who looks after the property was so welcoming and friendly. She was so kind and very happy to help and offer advice. The pool was lovely, clean and well presented. The apartment was bright and airy and very clean. It was a super location for exploring the beautiful coast and beaches of western Algarve. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay 😁

We felt that the property could benefit from new garden furniture, some parasols around the pool, new bed linen & pillows. The kitchen was functional and well furnished but could do with a few more cooking trays and tins.
