Nuovo Apt in Villa full optional con piscina e veranda vista mare a 500 mt dalla spiaggia della Scala

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We liked that the kitchen was stocked with condiments and we liked how spacious it was we loved the veranda and the views of the countryside and sea. It was close to the beach and restaurant. It is a very quiet location

Non vorrei sembrare una recensione fake. Abbiamo passato 9 giorni in famiglia con tre bambini. Struttura di dimensioni adeguate ed eccellente. Piscina sempre impeccabile, molto utile in caso di mare mosso. Posizione comoda sia per spiaggia vicina che per recarsi in auto presso le altre spiagge magnifiche della zona. Vista mare e valle che appaga. Host estremamente cordiali, disponibili a fornire consigli e molto accoglienti oltre la normale consuetudine. Consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per coppie che richiedono tranquillità. A 10 minuti a piedi ci sono ristoranti in cui abbiamo mangiato molto bene con adeguato rapporto qualità prezzo.

Casa bellissima e comoda per le esigenze di tutta la famiglia, noi eravamo con tre bambini piccoli e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Mare a pochi passi accessibile anche da una stradina a piedi e la presenza della piscina è stato un plus, soprattutto per i bimbi più grandi quando non era possibile andare in spiaggia. In casa abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente, anzi, di più rispetto a quello che si trova di solito. La signora Claudia è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile e ci ha anche accolto con dei buonissimi dolci siciliani.

Wonderful location with lovely restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful beach on the doorstep. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and felt very welcoming with literally everything you could possible need for your stay. The view from the balcony was incredible and the pool and pool area was clean and a great size for us and our two children. The pool is also available to use at night and our boys thought the colour changing lights were amazing! Massimo was a very welcoming yet discreet host and spoke great English making communication very easy. Thank you for a really memorable stay and we highly recommend.

A few sun loungers would have been great but it didn’t impact on our experience at all.

Very clean apartment complete with a spacious pool. Lots of useful items - dishwasher tablets, pool towels etc which is helpful as no nearby shop. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Host met at cafe at end of the driveway (the property is on an unlisted road so is not on Google maps) which is necessary. Good communication by WhatsApp. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the stay which was lovely! You can walk to two restaurants which are at the top of the scala de turchi steps so takes about 10 mins. The better one is the lido scala de turchi. Host kindly let us have a late check out on our last day as had a late flight which was greatly appreciated. You do need a car to stay at this property. Top local visit was Valley of the temples but book an evening slot to avoid the heat! Albero, Mediterranean and Golden Beach restaurants were our favourites.

A couple of small things - Needs some upgrades on the pillows - only one thin one each and one was very old and lumpy so son ended up using a cushion from the lounge. I need two pillows for a good nights sleep - but maybe I'm strange! Really could do with some sun beds to make the most of the pool area and being able to lie in the sun. I bought lilos as a solution to this to use both in and out of the pool. Be aware that the small 2 single bedroom only has a fan and not air con - our kids were in this room and we left the lounge Aircon on with the bedroom door open which was fine. Overall a great stay!!!

It's a spacious apartment in a very good location: quiet and close to the beach. It had everything we needed, even umbrellas for sunbathing. There was also a microwave which you cannot see in the pictures. The host prepared delicious cookies for us and some fresh water in the fridge. Nice view from the huge terrace being also an entrance to the apartment.

There were some problems with communication but I understand that was because of not the best knowledge of the hosts' English. I would definitely change the place of meeting as there is no way to park at the bar next to the beach. Why don't you send the detailed way to the apartment beforehand by e-mail or What's up? It's good to know that the pool is shared amongst other two houses (six apartments in total) but amazingly it was almost always free exept fot the man that cleaned it every morning for an hour or longer and I couldn't use it then... It's a very acoustic apartment but luckily no one was staying downstairs. There is no shop in the village and you have to drive (no other way of communication :-() quite a few kilometres away. And you cannnot longer walk on Scala dei Turchi...
