"Good apartament to stay in Weil der Stadt."

Very confortable and clean apartment in a quiet and nice are of Renningen, very close to the station Renningen Süd that helps to more around.

"Very nice apartment."

Big rooms, clean, with a comfortable bed. Well equipped and decorated. Ideal for a short or long stay. Underground parking was appreciated. Definitely recommend.

"Compact and cozy apartment"

Great Host, and excellent communication. Provides clear instruction to collect key, and how to return...; Compact apartment, in busy neighborhood.

No elevator to 3rd floor. so moving bags was a pain. But it was ok since were staying for 1 night and managed with small bags. Parking was tough, managed to get one street parking after 2-3 hours of wait.

"We suffered bed bug bites and thus booked a different more suitable property at greater expense."

WARNING: This property really bites. Despite an apparent bed bug infestation, the owner refused even a partial refund or show a willingness to address the problem. Further, he did not communicate with us effectively once we raised the issue, or provide a replacement property with equivalent ammenities. This was the worst stay in over 6 years on Booking.
