RESIDENCE LA REGINA DELLA NEVE

La casa era come una piccola baita, molto confortevole ma soprattutto calda. Il soggiorno con la cucina molto spaziosa ed accogliente. Ha ospitato due famiglie con bambini. Come casa vacanza e’ stata ottimale. Presenza di stoviglie, lavatrice, stendino. L unica pecca in una camera era presente un letto matrimoniale alla francese quindi scomodo da dormire in 3 con un bimbo piccolo ma comunque la struttura ha messo a disposizione due culle, in più vi era un divano letto nel soggiorno molto comodo ed altri due divani letti singoli. Gli armadi piccoli ma comunque ci siamo adattati. Consigliato, soprattutto qualità/prezzo.

The property is typical ski town and is cool with its quirky interior, wooden lined walls, interior staircase, wooden shutters. It had a well equipped kitchen with kettle and toaster and laundry is in the apartment. It had sufficient spare bedding if weather changed. It was a quiet apartment block obviously due to it being the end of Summer but it would be a busy place during ski season.

This property is not well maintained. Things are broken and still left there to use. The towel rail and shelf above the sink are not even attached to the wall. The shower curtain rail is held on by sponges at either end. They have made changes to the apartment that have been shortcuts. The bathroom houses the washing machine which pumps water into the bidet. The electricity for this bathroom is a PowerPoint , IN the shower covered by a plastic bag and electrical tape. I tried to communicate with the host through bookings.com on arrival but he was communicating through WhatsApp which had been wiped due to a technical stuff up with my international sim. The host does not live in the town and it was difficult to communicate with the maintenance man who was sent if there was an issue, like when the hot water wasn’t working. Things like a toaster with the wrong plug but an adapter we found in the laundry upstairs made it work, were frustrating incidentals you had to work out along the way. The internal staircase is quite rickety.
