Everything! I’m not just everything because I don’t want to type but it was literally everything! The property is super clean, fully furnished, location is great, you can walk and enjoy the neighborhood. I’ve stayed in a lot Airbnb and bed and breakfasts…this is the best by a mile. The owners are super nice and friendly, we spend 4 nights here and I wish it was two weeks.

Die Lage und Ausstattung sind herausragend, sowohl in ruhiger Lage als auch Großstadtnähe. Die Terrasse lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Garten und die Wassernähe sind traumhaft. Vom Checkin bis Checkout war alles easy. Die Gastgeber sind phantastisch, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und sympathisch. Da sie sich mehrsprachig verständlich machen können, war es für uns sehr einfach, sowohl Fragen zu stellen als auch Wünsche zu äußern. Besonders möchte ich auch ihre Umsichtigkeit erwähnen, denn ich hatte ein mir wichtiges Schmuckstück bei Abreise vergessen, worüber sie mich umgehend informierten. So konnte ich umkehren und es persönlich in Empfang nehmen.

"Exceptional"

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The location was terrific, peaceful and relaxing, yet still within easy reach of the city. A beautiful oasis in the heart of Rotterdam. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

"Superb"

They offered two bikes for 40 euros(20euros per bike). It was a really great experience to tour the city riding bike. We definitely recommend it. We could enjoy pretty garden, where a cat lives.

There was a party night upstairs. As the studio was just below the host's room, noises including footsteps could be heard. The party night with big music and footsteps over 8-9pm was very annoying.

"Overall a very nice place to stay for a restful holiday"

The location is great. You are able to cycle everywhere from here. The property has a good range of facilities (although you need a Physics PhD to operate the high tech oven and coffee machine!). The hosts are very helpful.

The bedding was full of dust bug mites so not good for someone who is allergic to them.
