Sam's Place

it was very nice to be greeted by the host and shown around the apartment and we felt we could always ask for more information if needed. The location was good and the view from the apartment was lovely.

The location was excellent & the host was very obliging and helpful. The view over the canal was lovely.

The bathroom as it did not have a basin in it.

Communication with Sam was very good and he was there to greet us on arrival and was so kind to let us leave our luggage at the place after check-out. The apartment is spacious and very bright. Lovely views over the river. The bathroom was quite special with the jacuzzi bath. The location was perfect for us as it was just around the corner from our daughter's place. Delfshaven is a lovely part of Rotterdam.

The kitchen equipment was quite basic, i.e. a toaster would have been handy. We didn't mind for the couple of days we stayed in the apartment that there was no sink in the bathroom and that we had to wash and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink, but a bigger mirror would have been great. However, these were all small things, all in all we had a great time in Sam's place and felt very comfortable there.

The apartment offered beautiful views of the garden and the canal. Close to the historic Delfhaven neighbourhood with large choice of cafés and restaurants. Close to transportation options. Very sympathetic and cordial owner.

Dated apartment which could use an extra sink in bathroom, fresh towels and linen.

This apartment has everything you need to rest your body and soul. I hope we will come again, it is on our wish list. Everything was exactly perfect! Recommendation for Sam's apartment!

Maybe some more kitchen appliances

Sam was really nice. Nice apartment and well equipped. Clean and close to main road. Neighbours are very nice.

Nothing.

Great location, just 5 min from tram or metro station, plenty restaurants, supermarket, McDonalds. Apartment itself is located on the first floor with view to the canal, calm during the day and night, safety and nice neighbourhood, clean and cozy design inside, with necessary kitchen appliances, temperature is easily regulated - all in line with description.

All was good, unfortunately didn't meet with owner but key received from his neighbour smoothly.

Great location and Sam was excellent at communicating. The blankets in the living area were appreciated!

There was no sink in the bathroom. A toaster would be a good addition!

The location is lovely, overlooking the canal and close to public transport.

The flat is old. The bathroom could do with a refit so that there is more than one sink (the one in the kutchen).
