Lumi Glow Apartments

The bed is comfortable. The location is great, near to everywhere.

1. The key box is 10 minutes walk away from the property, and not easy to find. We called the owner but he refused to take the call, just sent us text messages filled with unclear explanations. We had to ask someone in the street for help, and walked with the luggage in the cold night to get to the appartement. 2. The furnitures are a little bit old, but totally functional. I found that some plates and mugs had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was still rice on a plate. 3. There is no door, not even a curtain in the shower. We have to be careful to not spill the water all around. 4. It is very dry in the room, probably because the heating temperature is high. We end up with a sore throat and dry lips. It would be better to have a humidifier.

Very spacious apartment for a family of 3. Have Sauna in the bathroom. I didn’t not try because lack of time, but is a most do. 10 minutes walking distance to main square and 5 minutes to riverside.

The apartment is very spacious, the location is great , just 3mins walk into city centre and there is all the facilities needed to prepare food and wash clothes. The bus to Santa Claus Village is directly out the side gate of the complex. Very comfortable apartment

For check-in, you needed to get the key from a key lock box about 4-5 blocks away. The sauna was not working and the pillows could have been better

Amazingly short distance away from the closest shopping mall with a grocery store which opens until 23. Museum district also a short throw away. Quiet neighborhood despite the closeness to points of attraction.

Agreeing with some people who says that the key locker location could be somewhere closer also. Flexible check in and check out. They could add a fan for hot summer days. They could perhaps add some cheap books for children or adults.

The apartment was clean but not very well maintained. The mattress, armchair and rug were stained and it made us feel a little bit uncomfortable. Also the key box is 10 min away and it was a discomfort since the streets are frozen and it takes 15 min having to walk slowly. The host was not very responsive either.

Great location for getting out to our activities

We had to walk up and down the road a few times to try to find the apartment as the entrance to it is behind the building off of the road. The Beds were a little small and kept separating when pushed together.
