Apartment Rovakatu B12

I a fantastic stay at this apartment and the pictures doesn't do it justice. It’s spacious, super clean, and perfectly located near restaurants, markets, and other amenities. The apartment is well equipped with brand new, useful appliances that made our stay very comfortable. I stayed with a group of four for one day, and we’re already hoping to stay longer next time. We also loved the discount they offered on activities in Rova—a deal you won’t want to miss. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Couldn't fault it everything was perfect

Host was very helpful and organised our checkin a bit earlier as we asked. Place was nice itself and at nice location. Also sauna was nice top up!

The property was centrally located in Rovaniemi. It was an easy walk to the shopping center around the corner, our pick-up spot for the Arctic Snow & Ice Hotel Tour and restaurants for dinner. We had an early flight the next morning so it was only a 10-12 minute drive to the airport. It served its purpose for our one night stay.

It was clean and close to the city center. Big and spacious even for 8 od us. We liked it!

A bit noisy location during the night.

Clean and well furnished apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi. Great sauna in the apartment. Parking space free of charge. Had a broken sofa. Owner was lovely. Offered to change it or repair it the next morning.

Only 2 bedrooms. Two additional beds are convertible sofas in the living room, One of which was broken. Very expensive for only 2 bedrooms.
