Location was excellent and the owner Markus was a fantastic person. He made sure he provided us with some basic necessities like fruit, water, etc. on arrival. No problem absolutely with getting the keys on time.

This is a gem of a place, a very cozy apartment located very close to the mall in downtown Rovaniemi, on a quiet street. It is furnished with high quality bedding, is warm and has everything one may need even for a long-term stay. There is a washer, a dishwasher, a microwave and even two toboggans on the balcony to be used by the guests. Markus is extremely helpful and responsive. We got sick during our stay and he let us have a very late check out--that was very much appreciated! Our daughter literally kissed the walls when we left and asked us to make sure we book the same place when we return to Rovaniemi. <3

Close to city centre. Landlord very nice and helpfull.

Markus is an excellent host. There were fruits, proper coffee to start with, kitchen is fully equipped to get going with basic ingredients. Markus is always eager to help and even extended our check out time. Great location, just 5 min away from the Santa's office

Aside from the fact that the unit was on the 3rd floor, all other aspects were very good.

The unit was on the top floor which was very inconvenient as there was no lift. However, the owner, Markus was on hand to help with the luggages. He was very friendly and was able to assist in most matters.
