The row house had everything we needed in terms of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies. We were traveling with 4 adults, 3 kids under 6 and a dog but the house fit us well enough. Jacuzzi and sauna worked as expected and were very nice to use. Communication with the owner was clear, prompt and simple. We had a great stay for our first trip to Rovaniemi!

My wife is sensitive to smells and there were a lot of air fresheners which she hunted down and hid in a cabinet. The location of the house is a good 20 minute walk to Rovaniemi center. We traveled by train and didn't rent a car so we walked a lot but it wasn't so bad because it was not too cold.

Enjoyed a very pleasant four night stay at SnowCrystal Home. It was very much like a home from home in a residential area and the host was very accommodating with nothing being too much trouble. The sauna and jacuzzi was absolutely superb and much needed after very cold excursions in the daytime. Temperature in the accommodation was always warm and cooking facilities clean with plenty of utensils and basics like herbs and spices to enable us to make tasty meals to save us some money. There is a local supermarket to buy everything else and a bar nearby, approximately 0.3 miles walk which was very handy!

Absolutely nothing - it was a perfect stay!

Wir haben uns selbst versorgt. War alles vorhanden. Sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Jacuzzi und Sauna sehr angenehm.

Balkon war verschmutzt. Betten waren eine Herausforderung. Ein Doppelbett in der Höhe vorhanden welches mit einer kleinen schmalen Leiter zu erreichen war. Matratzen sehr unbequem, viel zu weich. Da wir Rückenschmerzen kennen und hier wahrscheinlich nicht dem durchschnittlichen Besucher entsprechen, ist dies nicht für alle relevant.

The property was comfortable and nice to have 7 beds for each of the guests. The hot tub and sauna were both easy to use and enjoy. The kitchen area and living room are a good size as well!

The owners were great to deal with. Very responsive. It was all very clean and decorated for Christmas beautifully. We loved the location just out of town. It was in walking distance from a shop too.

The top bunk of the bunk bed was a bit squeaky when you moved with an adult in it. Probably no problem for a child. Other than that everything was absolutely brilliant. :)

Lovely interiors and kids toys and play area in front of the house.

Bedsheets can be a better quality.
