"Not clean enough"

Location, plenty of utensils and things you might need, modern

Unfortunately the apartment was dirty in several places, the oven hadn't been cleaned at all, the toaster was dirty, dust on light shades, marks on kitchen cabinets, fridge hadn't been cleaned properly, we found two hairs on the bed.. a long list which unfortunately spoilt our one night stay. We did get a reaction from the staff via message only but it was not satisfactory from our point of view. I would not recommend this apartment on the basis of the above. All of the other places we stayed during our trip were too a far higher standard.
