clean, new, modern, well equipped apartment! i stayed in off season and the price was great

i wanted to extend my stay by 1 night and i had to pay in cash

The location is great and the interior is nice and looks pretty new and stylish. We loved having the sauna in the apartment, you wouldn't get this in a hotel. Also we loved that the whole apartment was very warm despite the chilly weather. Overall the apartment was fantastic value for the money and it was easy to communicate with the host via the app. Definitely would consider Arctic Apartments again next time we visit Rovaniemi!

The master bedroom is situated next to the main door of the building so if you're a light sleeper it might be a problem. However, the study and the livingroom were very quiet at night and we couldn't hear any outside noices. We got instructions for the sauna which was great but the switch itself was in a poor location which made it feel like you might hurt yourself (if you have big hands) when switching the sauna off because the panels around the switch can get very hot.

Apartment is very nice, clean and located in the center of the Rovaniemi

Sleeping beds are very poor quality. One double bed was poor quality. Extensible sofa in other sleeping room is below any acceptable standards, with very hard matrices. Franky speaking, bad sleeping has ruined our experience in Rovaniemi. Sleeping rooms were very small, without proper night stands beside beds.

No response from host, waited outside apartment for over an hour. Don’t even think about it if you have a late flight or suspect a flight delay (which is the norm in 2023). If you run into problem entering the apartment, no one will respond. You will either have to sleep in a car or find another place in the middle of the night. Apparently, this is a reoccurring issue we found out from other people.

We couldn’t get in. The passcode didn’t work and no one responded even after various texts/calls/emails. Travelled from Canada after various delayed connections only to find out that host doesn’t respond after a certain time. Why host guests if you are not available in case of an emergency. Extremely disappointing.

Large appartment.

Sofa is small and not confortable. The bedroom with the large bed is too small: not enough space between walls and bed.
