The apartment is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The sauna was wonderful. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We absolutely loved our stay at your apartment

The dinner plates were a bit too big for the dishwasher. It would probably be better to have smaller plates and a few more side plates and bowls. We are really not complaining, just offering a suggestion.

"we like staying in the property, just that it’s very expensive and no proper wheelchair access."

it’s a very expensive property to stay, however we had an enjoyable experience staying there. very cosy and has everything that as listed

no proper wheelchair access at the entrance into the property. it was extremely tough for my wife and son to push me up using the temporary ramp. the beds are tooooo soft and it would be good if other options can be given to us. there are no bowls provided in the property.
