RovaVisit Apartments Paroni

Absolutely amazing hidden little gem in the heart of Rovaniemi. Located on the Main Street close to literally everything. Maybe a 10 minute walk with kids to Lordi Square and the city Santa Claus office. Super clean accommodations, amazing sauna, has two sleds for kids, the host left some coffee, tea, and basic spices. WiFi is fast. There is K market right downstairs which is super convenient to grab anything you might need which is open until 11 PM every day. Amazing!

The flat's location was excellent, and the area felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The sauna inside the flat was amazing!

There were several issues that impacted our stay. The flat was not properly cleaned—there was mould in the shower and dust under the bed. Additionally, the balcony door was broken, although the team came to fix it quickly; it should have been checked before our arrival. The flat was also quite cold, and despite the host mentioning that the temperature couldn't be adjusted, this was a significant issue. I had my 68-year-old mother with me, and with outside temperatures dropping below -20°C, we were hoping for a warm home to return to, but that wasn’t the case. The bed sheets were old and torn in some areas, which was disappointing.

Location is fine

We booked for 3 but there was no clean sheets or pillow for 3rd. We had to sleep 3 person in 2 beds. Also there were hairs in bathroom

Great location. Quiet and very warm.

Beds were small and very basic. The whole apartment was quite dated in terms of the decor. The balcony door was broken and the light in the hallway did not work.

It was a lovely space which did not feel as though we were on top of each other, which was essential as a family for 4. It felt safe and we also liked the convenience of the supermarket being under the apartments. Easy to find, onsite parking was a huge help and really impressed with the fast response from the host.

There was nothing that we didnt like about the apartment.
