Quality Apt in the City Center For 5 - BRAND NEW

The apartment is beautiful and clean. I did not like a couple of things that I shared with the property managers and they replied promptly. I would definitely consider to stay again here in the future.

The curtains are a bit short, they don't cover all the biggest window. There were some signs of wear and tear but nothing too bad to mention here, although I shared my concerns with them and they said they will look into them.

Great location- only 7 minutes walk from the city centre. Brilliant host, clear communication and always was able to assist with my queries. The apartment was clean and quiet. It had everything needed from shampoo, towels to coffee. The bed was comfy. It had a balcony - was nice to have some outdoor space. Overall a very decent apartment and good value for money.

Nice and cozy home a like stay in an excellent location at Rovaniemi center. Extra comfort on staying brought dishwasher and clothwashing machine. Very peacefull and quiet house. We would definitely come again to stay here on a holiday 👌👌

Great modern appartment. Big enough for small family. Very clean and comfortable. Located in the city center near the shops and all communication paths. Dish washing machine and washing machine was a nice additional equipment present in the appartment. The greatest thing about our journey was our Host, who offered help, despite the fact we didn't meet in person. I will definately recommend this appartment for a small group (up to 3 people).

Clean, good location

Unable to contact the manager regarding the advertised car park for the unit. Had to park on the street and ended up receiving a parking fine.

Location is great and the customer service is friendly.

The unit is not brand new but a bit rundown. Broken balcony glass door that cannot be close properly. Bunk bed with crack pillers, unstable like it is about to break into 2 and making a lot of noise. Heater that is centralized that cannot be control from the unit. Freezing and cannot do anything about it. Promise to send someone to fix the glass door but never came and said the bed is safe coz wood tend to crack after long term used which i doubt it is safe.
