Apartment is in very good location. Centrum of city. Also has all needed equipments to stay with kids. Also as weather was very cold we have good heating in apartments. Also not so far from Santa Claus Village, supermarkets and etc.

I would say a bit overrated price but as we came in hot season of visiting Santa Claus it could be quite normal.

L appartement est situé près d' un grand parc et de la rivière. L'hôte est formidable...il nous a même invités dans un endroit superbe pour voir les aurores boréales. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Idéal en famille.

"Perfect apartment for a family to discover Rovaniemi!"

Great location between the river and a large playground. The area is quiet, yet a close walk to the downtown area. There is a bus stop close to the apartment to get to Santa Claus village. The host met us to check us in and show us the apartment. Our two kids loved all the toys in the apartment, as well as the two sleds. Perfect place for a family.

The second bedroom didn't have a door.
