El departamento es muy prolijo, decorado con buen gusto, estuvimos cómodos (matrimonio y dos niños pequeños) y estábamos a un paso de todo. Pudimos recorrer Salamanca a pie desde el departamento sin problema. La anfitriona nos brindó información útil sobre actividades para los niños. Super recomendable!!

Too many things to tell ! But Julia the owner was superb in helping us to arrange a memorable visit to Salamanca. For several months before we were in touch and she gave us valuable help and advice. I would recommend this lady and her fantastic apartment to all who want a peaceful and happy visit to this lovely city.

AC works perfectly and cools down the entire apartment. Julia, the host, responded to our texts very quickly and was very helpful throughout our stay.

We couldn’t use the dishwasher nor the washer machine because due to the humidity near the contacts where both appliances were connected the main electrical breaker was cutting off and the entire apartment went without power. Thus we had to disconnect both appliances and couldn’t use them.

The apartment was spacious for 3 adults. The location of the apartment is in a quiet area. I'm giving it a 5 out of 10 because of the location of the apartment and the space, but if it weren't for that, I would give it a 3.

The toilet lid was broken and could not be fixed because we did not coincide with the plumber's schedule, although it was not our problem since we were on vacation. The glass dividing the bathroom/shower from the bedroom is transparent, and one was not free to go to the bathroom if someone was in the bedroom. The bathroom was not 100% clean, and the towel radiator was very dirty with a variety of stains, which are removable. Every time you showered, the water would spill out of the shower area, and it was uncomfortable to have the floor wet. For 3 nights, the apartment was cold at night because we were not informed that we could use the air conditioning for warm air. The bathroom ceiling was peeling off the paint.

Beautifully presented apartment in a great location. Julia, the owner, was extremely helpful and we would recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Salamanca. She also gave us a great restaurant recommendation.

We had no issues at all with the apartment but would have liked a kettle. Not a criticism, just a comment.

The location of the property was absolutely first rate. Julia, the hostess was amazing. She gave us great advice and was in contact all the time the apartment was very comfy very well equipped and served as a wonderful home away from home with every convenience we needed.
