Great quality and very well maintained. Friendly and feels fresh and nice amenities. Felt safe and lovely wooden furniture and lots of table and storage space. Well heated and very central.

Mattress is a bit sunken and lopsided but the topper makes it comfortable just not for too many nights.

Good communication. Central to the city centre but on a quiet street. Clean and had everything I needed. Comfortable beds with feather/down quilt. Nice hot water and warm bathroom. Off street parking was appreciated.

Proximity to town centre

Room not cleaned when we arrived quite late so we missed the evening in town as we couldn't rest up from long journey with traffic. . We were comped with a drink at the local pub. A Cleaning cloth, broom, counter protector, toilet paper holder would of been great to make things smoother. Please remove the rug as it was a trip hazzard/smelly when sitting on the couch. Other than these few touches we had a fabulous time. Well equipped apartment and ideal for the dog and Barbara sorted the first night glitch out. Things happen, we understand. All the very best.

Nothing really however a second key would have been handy.
