I booked through booking.com for my visitors who were coming for a family wedding. I was then emailed all the details by a gentleman called Mo. After 2 days we realised the checkout date was in correct and we had to add a night to their stay. Mo had to sort the logistics at his end but in the end he did end up sorting our last minute request. All in all the visitors were there for 2 weeks and anytime they needed assistance or had anything to ask in regards to facilities within the flat Mo responded promptly. It is located on Granby Street which is very close to all the shopping areas, restaurants,cafes and bars. During the evenings it does get quite lively on Fridays and Saturdays so if your up to enjoy a vacation/stay right in the core of Leicester this location is ideal.

You need to be careful about where you park, many restricted areas around, you could easily get a ticket of you aren't familiar. Mo does give you a list of options though when u book.

bathroom smells couldn’t shower because hose leaking too many stairs to climb if your in room 3

We lost the keys and the owners were very helpfull and got us a set of keys as soon as possible which is appreciated
