"I would recommend The Holt, but not the cleaning of the communal areas."

The facilities of the apartment itself, were more than satisfactory. Everything was well kept, and easy to use. The soundproofing of the apartment is really effective, and as a result, we all got a good nights sleep.

The communal areas were both dirty and smelly. The entrance area does not do justice to the apartment, and the lift smelt strongly of the rubbish, that is simply dumped in the basement, and was unclean.

Loved the location. The design was modern. Everything we needed was availabile

Was a little dirty, under the sofa was a dirty sock and under the bed. Did not bother us though We couldn't get the pull out bed to attach so was a struggle to sleep on there
