Beach House Acquamarina

The flat has a beautiful view over the sea and the little village. Our host was very helpful at all times. We enjoyed our stay really much!

The location was great. The balcony was fabulous, right on the beach so we could enjoy a swim. A 20 minute walk to the restaurants of Letojanni.

The arrival and entry instructions were confusing. The incorrect keys had been placed in our key lock box. There weren't numbers on the apartments, which was also confusing. There was no information for local sightseeing and forms of transport provided in the apartment.

We self-catered, finding that we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for Taormina. Also for Messina and Milazzo. The host agent gave us ample information and kept well in touch with us.

The address on our booking.com booking form stated the property is as No.34 Contrada Sillemi, but it is at a different gate, so we had difficulty finding the place. The sea is very noisy as it is right below this flat, but OK with earplugs. But the view is spectacular.

The balcony was spacious with great views.

The apartment we very spacious and clean, had all the facilities we needed. The location close to Taormina and right on the beach meant we could enjoy the best of both worlds. A lovely place to wake up in the morning and so close to visit attractions. Letojanni is a nice lively resort too with lots of choice of restaurants.

Everything was fine for us.

Great location, walk to Letojanni takes 15 minutes. Good contact with the staff. We will come back :)

The view ! The sea is within a stone throw ! The view is just stuning ! Calm and nice stay, private parking outside, few minutes till Taormina.

Very uncomfortable beds. Communication between the host and us. My 3 messages, 1 of them. Not always. OK, my questions were "Any recomendations of breakfats and bars" - I know that I could have done my homework, but it would be nice to get some, just copy paste to everyone who asks. And the type of comunicating, example : "We inform you that you will find: - 1 set Bed-Lines per room; - 1 set bath towel per person; - 1 beach towel per person; - 2 toilet paper rolls; - 1 bathroom trash bag; - hands soap; - Some Salt, sugar, oil, vinegar; - soap dishes; - 1 trash envelope; - 1 bottle of water In the fridge." :) Well, thats nice, but usualy you get that all everywhere, especialy would be nice to get TOILET PAPER ROLLS AND HANDS SOAP :) :) I recomend for hosts to leave few bottles of beer and a vine in the fridge (bars within driving by car) for a welcoming (max 5 eur price total), it would be defo a check point !

We enjoyed our four night stay. Conveniently located close Letojanni (walking). Taormina (bus, car) The host was friendly, spoke English (thank you) and greeted us promptly. Our rental was spotlessly clean. The bed not comfortable. Breathtaking views from both the bedroom and patio.

The bed was very saggy. Seriously lacking support in the center. I challenge the property owner to sleep in the full bed for one night. This was THE worst sleeping (or lack thereof) experience in my life.
