ITPersonale gentile, ho conosciuto la moglie di stefano che mi è venuta personalmente a prendere per mostrarmi dove era l’appartamento molto gentile e disponibile . Asciugamani e lavatrice funzionanti. Ottima posizione. Cucina fornita !
Purtroppo non prende il Wifi in tutto l’appartamento, e questo l’avrei voluto sapere prima; per mandare un messaggio bisogna andare fuori dal portone . L’appartamento non era pulito come a dovere, c’era muffa fuoriuscente dalle pareti, polvere ovunque e ragnatele con ragni negli angoli della casa. Purtroppo l’appartamento è vecchio e durante in nostro soggiorno ha piovuto e la pioggia entrava dentro l’appartamento allagandolo (anche quando non pioveva l’acqua filtrava dalle finestre) ed è stato veramente scomodo dover asciugare il pavimento tutti i giorni senza contare il freddo che c’era ! Nella camera da letto ce una finestra chiusa con lo scotch, quindi anche da li entra l’aria gelata anche la notte , oltre al fatto che ci sono anche prese della luce scoperte o non fissate correttamente al muro quindi pericolose (contando tutte le infiltrazioni che ci sono)

SIThe appartment is extremely moldy. It should not even be listed, this is a health hazard. My girlfriend has asthma and she was coughing for the rest of the day after a half an hour stay. Very irresponsible to list this, in a well regulated country the owner could be subject to a legal action.
BETodo está bien sobretodo el personal y la ubicación
ESLa amabilidad del propietario y buena comunicación con él. Localización del apartamento en plena medina. Apartamento bien equipado. Lugar tranquilo. Vistas desde la azotea.
El acceso al apartamento es a través de un portal insalubre, huele a gato muerto. El apartamento necesita una buena reforma, está muy ajado. El dormtorio no tiene puerta. No hay calefacción, puede resultar algo frío en diciembre. La cama muy incómoda, te hundes hacia el centro. Tampoco estaba demasiado limpio. El ruido de gaviotas no deja dormir, pero esto será común a muchos sitios.
FRFRM Dar Slefano est très accueillant, et nous a bien indiqué les endroits où se rendre. Il a un grand cœur ca se voit et le démontre.
USStefano was helpful. He walked me from the bus station to the place, which I very much appreciate. It would have been very hard to find with out the help. He was very receptive to my messages too. I had the top unit, not sure if there are others, so it felt very private, with my own rooftop and access. The location was deep in the heart of the media. Great location. Place was actually quite spacious. Decent price for what youre getting.
Not the place for you if you if youre looking for a clean looking place. Its old and could definitely needs lots of updating. Not much frills to this place minus the private rooftop accesss. It had all the necessary things- kitchen, bathroom, fridge, TV, etc. but thats about it. No Wifi. It was at the end of a very narrow pathway, then into a tiny door, up several dark stairs where cats often roamed and even some cat poop and food scraps/bones at some point. Local families living in the rooms as you go up. I felt safe the whole time but you may feel a little uncertain at first since its dark and at the end of a very thing alley. All good for me though since I've been to India etc. No worries.
