Modern central Penthouse - 1 FreeParking

I checked in on July 21, 2025. During my stay, the house was under construction, and there were construction scaffolds and other construction equipment everywhere around. However, the most critical issue was the unsatisfactory condition inside the house. The most serious problem was the washing machine, which was extremely dirty. I even took photos of it and sent them to the landlord. The landlord’s explanation was that they thought tenants usually wouldn’t use the washing machine, so they didn’t pay much attention to its hygiene. Isn’t that an absurd response? In addition, some of the snacks provided by the landlord for guests were expired. Moreover, some of the bath towels provided had moldy black spots on them.

The apartment is lovely, well equipped and in a great location. The communications before and during stay was excellent. Owner kindly let us have some extra time in the car park after check out which was much appreciated.

Despite good instructions prior to arriving we did have some difficulty finding the carpark, you have to go the wrong way up a one way street with a big sign that says road closed. Unfortunately the sign that says "carpark access only" was on the ground.

Nice location (food court, bakery at 1 minute, supermarket at 5 minutes by foot), excellent equipment for our needs.

The entrance is under renovation and the toilet needed multiple flushes to clear
