管理員很熱心，聯絡溝通十分有效率，還為我們解決了退房後行李寄存的問題。公寓整潔，位於中心區域。

公寓在二樓，需要走比較陡峭的樓梯搬運行李，浴室的去水遇到了問題但管理員很積極處理。空調在玄關所以無法使睡房降溫。公寓沒有洗衣機。

Location. Just on the edge of the pedestrian zone for this beautiful city. With eateries nearby. Welcome and Customer Service. Dianja was very responsive and helpful. In addition to her warm greeting, there was an issue and it was resolved as quickly as possible and she minimised the impact on us. We could not have asked for more. General Comfort. We were able to feel at home. Double windows. This did a good job of keeping out the noise from restaurants below. Bathroom. Great shower and plenty of hot water.

Aircon was noisy and there is only one unit in the apartment. Luckily it was in the hall opposite the bedroom door, so we slept with the door open. We also think that the noise of the aircon helped blank out the noise from below restaurants. The restaurant closes quite late, and plays music. It is also open very early for breakfast. So despite the windows and the aircon we were woken by chair scraping late in the evening and early in the morning as the team got ready to close up/open up.

The aircon is very old, it smelled very bad (mouldy), and the aircon machine is only available for the entry space, not in the bedroom. I travelled when it was hot, possibly during a heatwave, which made it unpleasant to sleep at night and stay in the apartment during the day. Also, airing the flat with windows was not really possible (early morning fried smell from the delicious cafe underneath), and you can't open the opposite window to create a breeze.

Remek helyen van, kényelmes szállás. Egyedül utaztam, nekem még túl nagy is volt, csak a szobát használtam. Felhallani az alatta lévő kávézó zaját, amit én nagyon szeretek, de aki igényli a csendet, annak zavaró lehet.

Arra számítottam, hogy a mellette lévő NUK parkolóban tudom hagyni a kocsim, ami fontos lett volna, ez szempont volt a választásnál, de sajnos nem üzemelt, az utcán gyakorlatilag nem lehet hagyni a kocsit, így messzebbi és drágább parkolót (Kongresni trg) kellett használnom, ahol rendezvény idején alig találtam helyet és hát a poggyászt is oda kellett cipelni.
