we are frequent visitors and often stay in these apartments. Very good value for money.

Minor point but recycling bins not clearly marked

Location was very safe and secure. Access to parking and pedestrian area great and safe. Automatic lighting on entry was very good. Kitchen and lounge perfect.

Key box very hard to open. Call for assistance was ignored no call back. Would have liked two more hand towels to cover the days we were there. Bath and over shower unable to use, large crack in base, unsafe.

We love this accommodation very clean and close to amenities, with secure parking brilliant.

There's nothing to dislike about these properties.

Great central location but in quiet secure gated mews. Short walk to center. Two good sized bedrooms, comfortable open-plan kitchen lounge and good sized bathroom. Spotlessly clean, all the facilities you need. Exceptional value for money.

Honestly couldn't fault the property.

The only thing was , the beds were quite hard ,but still a lovely place

I have stayed at these apartments before, The last and first time was exactly a year ago, when I stayed in no.16, which is a one bedroomed apartment. This time I stayed in no.11 which being two bedroomed was very much the same as no.16 but much bigger. The furnishings, decor, bedding and kitchen equipment are all the same, but I did prefer this one because there was obviously so much more space. It really does feel like a home from home. WiFi was saved from the previous visit so it was automatically connected as soon as we entered. There are many freeview channels as well as streaming channels on the tv. This apartment has a juliet balcony overlooking the road, which on a very warm evening is quite welcome. The building itself is very quiet, never really hear any other residents. I like the gated entry despite the front door to the building not being secure.

This apartment faces the road, which is surprisingly busy for what initially appears to be a quiet side street. I had the french doors open to let some air in on an evening and sometimes the passing traffic drowned out the tv. The secure pedestrian gate into the courtyard is just below the balcony and it can be heard slamming shut sporadically, it's actually quite loud. Directly opposite is a car repair garage and from 8am you can hear their very loud phone ringing out. These are all things outside the control of the owners of this apartment block and they would not put me off returning. They are close to my family and within walking distance of Mansfield town centre.
