Superficially the apartment appeared nice and comfortable until I realised that some important advertised conveniences we paid for were lacking.

Things that didn't work or weren't available / as advertised but were stated as features on the booking: no internet; no TV channels available (no internet); air conditioning in living room not working; microwave oven not working; shower floods floor; garden view advertised but we're on 4th floor looking directly at a noisy construction site; location given was for managing agent's premises, not the apartment.

"Nice apartment, close to the old medina"

The host was very communicative via Whatsapp Help with the direction and to meet a person who let us in the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped. Parking places were available in front of the house.

The apartment was a bit dark - but I guess, this is an asset during the warm, sunny summer days.

Never got to see it…

We could not locate the property anywhere near the GPS co-ordinates. We could not contact the owner. We had to find somewhere else to stay.
