Lokacija odlična (dva minuta do centra), čisto i uredno, komunikacija sa vlasnikom odlična. Autobuska stanica i prodavnice na 5 minuta, mirna ulica bez buke i saobraćajne gužve. Javna garaža uz objekat.

Stan je u podrumu odnosno između podruma i prizemlja, spavaća soba nema prozor, posteljina i peškiri mirišu na ustajalost koja se oseća i u samom stanu, verovatno zbog položaja u kome se nalazi (visoko prizemlje ili početak podruma). Treba promeniti adresu, odnosno broj nije 3 već 2.
