El precio, la comunidad silenciosa y cerca de la playa (10 min en coche)

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento ha sido muy decepcionante. Aunque por el precio podría parecer aceptable, al llegar nos encontramos con que estaba sucio y descuidado. Los colchones eran muy incómodos y claramente viejos, y las sábanas también estaban muy desgastadas. Además, el frigorífico apenas enfriaba, lo que resultó bastante incómodo durante nuestra estancia. El trato con el propietario fue igualmente negativo. Tras rellenar nuestros datos en un enlace para el check-in, nos exigió además que le enviáramos fotos del DNI por WhatsApp personal, algo a lo que nos negamos por motivos de privacidad, ya que el procedimiento oficial ya estaba realizado. Respecto a la entrada, aunque en la reserva figuraba que podía hacerse entre las 16:00 y las 21:00, le comunicamos que llegaríamos entre las 19:00 y las 20:30. Sin embargo, nos impuso que solo podía recibirnos exactamente a las 19:00 y que, si llegábamos cinco minutos tarde, habría que esperar hasta las 20:30. Cuando le preguntamos por qué tanta rigidez, su explicación fue que tiene otros 28 pisos más, lo cual, lamentablemente, no justifica un trato tan poco flexible con los huéspedes. La salida también fue problemática. Aunque en la reserva figuraba como máximo a las 11:00, nos exigió desalojar el apartamento a las 10:00, lo que impidió que pudiéramos desayunar con tranquilidad antes de marcharnos. Y la excusa de la salida a las 10.00 es que la mujer de la limpieza necesita 3 horas para hacerlo. Saliendo a las 11.00 tiene 5 horas, pero aun así, el estado del piso es de no dedicarle más de una hora a la limpieza. Para colmo, había una cortina y una estantería rotas ya desde nuestra llegada, (a parte de la mesa de arriba la terraza que no tiene ni cristal) y al marcharnos nos mandó fotos diciéndonos que nosotros lo habíamos roto y lo iba a hacer llegar a booking —menos mal que disponíamos de fotos previas como prueba.

Beautiful appartmet. Nice and cozy. A good parking space. A dishwasher and a washing machine perfect for a beach vacation. Beach is 5 minute drive and you can park right in front for free. There is also a nice roof terrcd

The beds are to hard

Communication was good and the host was accommodating. We were able to get the keys an hour early and kept them for an extra half hour at the end of our stay. There was everything you could need in a holiday apartment to make it comfortable. Washing machine and dishwasher which we didn't use. Kettle, cooker and microwave, fridge freezer. Smart TV with good WiFi. Rooftop was well equipped with outdoor furniture.

The swimming pool was closed despite it being after the date that it should have been open from and it didn't look like it was going to be opened any time soon. I stripped the bed at the end of our stay to be helpful for the the owner, I wish I hadn't done so, I found long black hairs under the fitted sheet that didn't belong to me. I also felt that the pillows were in need of being replaced.

Just the job. Clean, great location, good wifi and cheap.

Clean, tidy and good location. Our host was very patient and helpful when we arrived hours late.

A couple of issues with the main apartment door lock and in need of a little TLC in some areas.

The lounge area was nicely furnished and comfortable

The solarium furniture, half was broken - bolts missing and on the ground does not mean they are not broken. It was also not clean and we had to clean it ourselves. Blaming us for an early check in for the dishwasher not being emptied. The front terrace furniture - a chair was broken which the owner was aware of. The bedding was not comfortable The door on the main bedroom to the small balcony was broken
