Not enough bathroom towels.

It is a beautiful apartment

The drain smell was terrible. Central AC needed in the living room to ward off the drain smell.

We had three 2-bedroom apartments. Key collection from the security guard was easy and they were both really friendly. The complex was very quiet during our stay, it was extremely relaxing. The pool and grounds are beautifully landscaped. The apartments are well appointed although the decoration in two of them was a little sparse (we understand they have different owners). Plenty of kitchen appliances and crockery etc though. Location is EXCELLENT. A few minutes walk to a spectacular cafe where we ended up most days and just a couple more minutes walk to some brilliant restaurants.

There were no stepping stones or pavers between the ground floor apartment patio and the pool. So coming out of the pool we had to walk through a couple of metres of what is supposed to be lawn but quickly turns to a mud pit and then traipse muddy feet everywhere as there are no doormats. We were astonished that the owner would want this rather than investing in a few stepping stones and a mat. The breakfast situation was a complete schamozzle. We'd booked daily breakfast but had no info about it so I'd been trying the first night to find out what the go was as we had a tour pickup booked at 10am. I couldn't get hold of anyone until the next morning - when they just told me it would be delivered between 8-9am. But 9.15am comes and goes and still no food. The security guy was so incredibly helpful even though it wasn't his responsibility. He did eventually get hold of I think maybe the cafe owner who makes the breakfast (??) and then kept us updated for how far away he was. There was a big selection of good food and drinks provided but it was way too much because it was a 'bit of everything' - egg, sausage, potato, bread, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cake, tea, coffee etc. We ended up having to waste so much which we felt bad about. There are multitudes of better breakfast solutions which would be much more customer-focused and less wasteful which I think property management should look into.

Yhe bathroom is ver dirty. A suggestion maybe you can use a vacumcleaner because the appartmebt is ver dusty!!

The facilities are incredibly beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Close to restaurants and night clubs. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delivered on time.
