Great locality, nice area, near to beach and stores, tasty breakfast, coffee maschine, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment.. Apartment had everything what we needed

Fantastic apartment! We had to book last minute, and it was the perfect choice. Mr. Ajay was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has a fantastic rooftop pool. Everything is very well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Spacious penthouse apartment, all bedrooms had their own ensuite, there is also a private plunge pool on the rooftop. The location is convenient only minutes to amenities and shops. The shared pool is huge and visually appealing. Air con in all rooms, spacious balcony, washing machine fridge and full kitchen with coffee machine.

The hot water system was inconsistent in the morning and was hard to get hot water that lasted more than 30 seconds, one of the bedroom shower drains were blocked which caused flooding requiring immediate attention rendering it useless and unable to be used until it was fixed. There needs to be another lift on block B as it was quite a distance from our room. A safe was also not present in the room which can pose a security risk to valuables.

Appartement très spacieux, propre, bien placé, bien équipé, avec une terrasse immense. Nous nous sentions vraiment bien. Une piscine belle et grande. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour les prestations.

N’ayant pas de réception, la communication reste à améliorer. Ils ne répondent pas les messages par WhatsApp alors que c’est bien indiqué qu’on peut les contacter par ce moyen de communication. Du coup, il faut appeler pour savoir, comment on récupère les clés, comment on les laisse, ou tout autre information etc. Un accueille rapide par le conseil pour indiquer rapidement ces informations serait l’idéal.

L'emplacement

Le canapé était taché, la propreté de l'appartement est à revoir, frigo sale à l'intérieur par exemple. Aucun mode d'emploi pour la télé. Le climatiseur faisait du bruit, il faudrait nettoyer le filtre. Il faut pousser la porte assez fort pour la fermer à clef. La cuisine est bien équipée mais pas d'huile, sel et poivre,...., ce n'est pas obligatoire mais on a la sensation d'un appartement vide et sans vie et c'est dommage.
