Obsługa przesympatyczna, gospodarze chętni do spełniania dodatkowych próśb, zupełnie bezproblemowy kontakt, lokalizacja w sam raz na wypad do blisko mieszkających przyjaciół. Do Warszawy kawałeczek, najlepiej podjeżdżać autem. Trochę brakuje barów czy restauracji w okolicy, trzeba mieć znajomości by wiedzieć gdzie się udać, ale samochodem idzie podjechać do dużego parku sklepowego.
