Our stay was enjoyable. Cristina was very caring, nice and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. She prepared breakfasts and, upon request, lunches, helped with various arrangements, and was always available when needed.

The pool is quite shallow and is better suited for children than for adults who want to swim. In addition, Cristina lives in the house with her son, which is also not clearly stated in the description. Although she is present on the property, she is very respectful of guests’ privacy and makes a real effort to ensure that they feel comfortable and not constrained by her presence. For some guests this may even be an advantage because help is readily available, but those looking for a property with complete privacy may be surprised.

You need to rent a car to get around because there is not much to walk to from the house.

The villa is spacious, clean, well-maintained. We stayed in an “apartment” upstairs that had 3 bedrooms and a private bathroom that has specialized heat/ac unit. The pool is lovely and kept very well. Cristina is an incredibly devoted host. She is very accommodating and works hard to make sure you are comfortable! She lives there as well with her son. We chose to have breakfast and dinner at her place every night as we came with small children. Her cooking and the food were delicious.

The location is excellent during warm months if you want to go to the beach often. But we came in March so it was a bit remote for sightseeing. Syracuse/Ortigia are about 15 minutes away.

Dom był bardzo przytulny i świetnie ogrzewany, co w styczniu miało dla nas ogromne znaczenie – było naprawdę ciepło i komfortowo. Byłyśmy grupą 7 osób, ale dom bez problemu pomieściłby prawdopodobnie nawet około 10. Całość była pięknie, świątecznie udekorowana, co tworzyło niezwykle miłą, domową atmosferę. Doskonałe miejsce do wypadów do Ragusy, Noto , Syrakuzy , czy Etny. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, tidy and very well maintained. Cristina was incredibly caring and made us feel at home from the very first moment. She prepared a delicious welcome dinner and surprised us every morning with sweet treats — the best pistachio croissants in all of Sicily! Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

There was nothing we didn’t like. It may not be the right place for people looking for many nearby services or entertainment, but for us that was absolutely no problem — in fact, it made the stay even more relaxing.

Breakfest was splendide with fresh orange juice

We only had a couple of days but Cristina made us feel comfortable and is a wonderful host. She was excellent at communicating and making sure our needs were met. We loved feeling like we were experiencing life like a local as she spoiled us with delicious meals. Our kids loved playing in the yard and even the pool. The set up is like a B&B with some shared spaces, but it all felt like home and we had the privacy we needed. There is easy driving access to Syracuse and sandy beaches.

It’s a big house with 5 available bedrooms. There is a kitchen area which you can use next to the pool. The pool is not deep and not for swimming but relaxing. The first night our host Cristina made a welcoming dinner with charcuterie board, Prosecco and pasta. It was unexpected and we loved it! Cristina is also quite generous, she went to the pastry shop to get some croissants in the morning. On our departure day, one of us forgot a luggage and she helped us having it delivered to our hotel in Taormina the same day! She goes above and beyond to make her guests happy.

Maybe we missed it but it wasn’t clear in the advertisement that Cristina lives in the house. We thought we were renting the whole place to ourselves but she is great and super helpful so at the end it wasn’t an issue.

Very friendly host, was not expected such hospitality. Rooms are spacious, clean, tidy. Quite. All the needed entities (pizza, sea, shops are nearby. Highly recommend!
