O apartamento é confortável para duas pessoas. Tem uma vista desafogada de décimo primeiro andar.

O prédio estava em obras. Barulho de martelo pneumático a partir das 8h e sujidade e pó nas áreas comuns. Seria um problema se estivesse mau tempo e ficássemos mais por casa.
