No window to open. No chance to let air in without letting the door open on the ground floor, where any passing by person can enter the place. To get fresh air you have to leave the door open. No possibility to fix it when opened. When I asked the host if there is a chance to fix the door to leave it open a little bit to get some air in he said "No" grinned and said "maybe a man will come in" (7th of June 2023). Also there is a big outlet of the Hotel Vila Parke Real's aircondition a few meters away from the door. It is very noisy day and night. On top the price was 520€ for 4 nights for 1 person without breakfast. I stayed in Piran several times. All other places I stayed had a good cost/performance ratio.

Perfect location of the apartment - walking distance to the centre of Piran and Portorož. Seamless communication with the owner - always available and ready to help with anything. Perfect cleanliness and equipment of the apartment - simple dishes can be easily prepared in the kitchen. Free wifi. Parking within a reasonable distance from the apartment.

Some might be bothered by the fact that there are no windows in the apartment (apartment for two persons), only a sliding door leading directly to the street - so it is only possible to "air out" at night using the air conditioning. For us, however, this was not bothersome.
