Location was fantastic and size of the apartment was great. The bed was comfortable and there was facilities like a washing machine which was great but unexpected

The shower head couldn't be fixed to the wall so we had to hold it whilst trying to clean and shampoo etc etc. The ceiling fan didn't work unless the main light was switched on so it was much too hot overnight

Position is amazing, right in the city centre, very close to the sea front, and a short bus ride to the beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops close by. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating with check in and check out times. The bed is comfortable. There is a Wi-Fi connection that is fast and reliable. Kitchen has all the basics (hob, toaster, pans, plates, cutlery) and there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Great little apartment for a bit of autumn sun!

I think it should be advertised as a Studio Flat, not as a One Bedroom Apartment. The living room and the bedroom are basically in the same room, there isn't a door dividing them. The bathroom has no window and there is only one window in the apartment. Unfortunately at the moment there are some works going on the external facade of the building, so you have scaffolding right outside this window. There are also some renovation works going on in the below apartment, so it can get quite noisy. There is no air conditioning, if you are going during the summer this could be an issue.

The location was superb. Right in the middle of everything. Local buses on your doorstep. Bus station for Bilbao was a short walk away. Shops, restaurants and waterfront all extremely close. The person who greeted us( despite our late at night flight delay) was very nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean and has a washing machine and dishwasher. Toiletries and cleaning products provided. Safe and secure apartment with a lift.It is a modern apartment with fresh decor.

There was building work going on outside. This meant it could be noisy in the mornings . When you opened the window you were met with a building mesh curtain. These will disappear in time so are temporarily nuisances. However I do have two complaints that need addressed. The ventilation in the apartment is poor. It could be too warm at times. Often you felt the air was stale . Also I found the bed uncomfortable. It has an old and poor quality foam mattress. Everything else new. The sofa had no sheets for it and was even more uncomfortable. Sorry for my negative comments but with some changes it could be a superb city center apartment.
