Cottage Apartment by Seaside Llandudno

Second Stay,great location!! Look forward to booking again next year.

Could do with more cutlery. Sofa bed great option, just a little uncomfortable.

Clean spacious apartment, great location just a short walk to Centre , no real problem parking on street outside

A lot of noise heard from the apartments above , woke us all up on numerous occasions

The property is well equipped and located in a great position that is close to all the local amenities.

Parking isn’t great and was difficult to find a convenient spot to park and unpack. Cleanliness was generally okay, a few bit that could be improved on is the entrance door way musty smell, bathroom shower sealant and seals and a few cobwebs.

Location and size of property. The general amenities were good.

The general we got was the property was missing some TLC. There was some slight mold in the bathroom and maybe hallway

Well stocked kitchen, great location. Decor was lovely.

Outside space could have done with a sweep and tidy. Wi fi was very poor. Roller blinds chains do need child safety clips.

Perfect size for 6 adults. Facilities excellent 👌 Wine was a lovely touch. Spotless apartment. Allowed us to drop bags off early which was appreciated thank you. Great communication Pre arrival. Kind size bed very comfy. Great location.

Uncomfortable beds which were not good to sleep on. The over flowing bins and rubbish scattered all over the floor outside front door was an eyesore upon arrival.

Apartment is amazing. Lots of room and great secure outside space. Dogs allowed with a deposit and our little terrier loved the open space and yard. Beds were really comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom large and modern. Really warm and clean. Close to both beaches and the Orme. Enough room for 6 people with the sofa bed. The photos do not do it justice. We had a great stay and will return.

The letting agency were poor to respond to messages, poor to update and I had to message them to retrieve my deposit. Shame as they are doing the apartment owners a disservice.

Ideally located! Very close to all amenities . Very cosy with a well equity kitchen

Both single beds/ mattress’s need replacing as do the mattress covers- the pillows need pillow covers before the pillow case goes on as some of the pillows were very stained. The roller blinds don’t have safety cords they really need to be changed to British safety standards before a young child gets it caught around their neck. The shower would be great if it was changed to a thermostatic controlled one to avoid scolding again especially with young children .
