Very cozy apartments with all the necessary facilities. The beds are comfortable, and there is a large TV. A dedicated parking spot is available. The host provided exceptional treatment and was extremely supportive, going above and beyond expectations.

Great place with a great host. Very attentive and helpful.

2 bedrooms, each with a king bed for 2 people. The apartment was very well-equipped - towels, dishwasher (with tablets in it), washing machine (with washing liquid), coffee machine (with capsules), coffee, tea, sugar,..., and even an umbrella). As a welcome surprise from the host - bier/Coke/water in the fridge. The host has sent detailed, precise instructions on how to use the apartment and garage. and how to get there, and was responsive.

The apartment is ideal for max. 4 people, as the 5th person should sleep on a sofa in the living room, which is rather soft and very uncomfortable for sleeping. An additional deposit of 80 EUR was requested, to be sent a few days before our stay, via PayPal or bank transfer directly to the host. 5 EUR from the deposit was taken for not taking out the trash at the end of our stay.... Information about an additional deposit and detailed Home Rules were sent shortly after our reservation, it was not available again in the apartment. It would be good to inform about the deposit and non-standard Home Rules in the description of the apartment, before submitting a reservation. If you prefer a calm vacation, just to go to the apartment, sleepover/use it, and leave, without taking care of sending a deposit, taking out the trash etc., it is probably not the best match. The host sent many precise instructions, it made us feel that he cares a lot about his apartment, so it makes him uncomfortable that someone else uses it.

We lived in this apartment for 11 days, everything was just super. The owner was very very nice and polite . With his very detailed instructions for check-in and parking, we had no trouble figuring it all out. The owner of the apartment was always in touch and was ready to help in all matters. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is fully consistent with the description. In every room, air conditioning is very nice working. There was also a TV in every room with cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Exit to the track is very easy no traffic jams 2 minutes and you are on the track in any direction. We are very grateful to Jesus for the hospitality, attentiveness and pedantry in servicing his apartments. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and if I had the opportunity to rate more than 10 I would give even 20. If next time we are going to come to Spain in the region of Madrid, we will have no doubts where to stay. Jesus thank you for giving us the opportunity to spend time with pleasure. Of all our travels, this was the best apartment we have seen.

Very clean, the place was as described. The facilities were very good. The host was very attentive and helped us with our request. He went above and beyond to make our life easier while we were there.
